The quality of work was excellent and the crews for both projects were very professional. Even though we had some friction Power was quick to address all our concerns. We love the final outcome and will definitely give Power a call next time we have a project. The installation crew were very meticulous and thorough. When a request was made, they were both courteous and responsive. Also, the sales people and inspectors were quite knowledgeable and helpful.

They never show up and the last time they came and did one service not all the services as promise. Every time you call them than you have to wait two months for some one to come. They had me sitting here in June and July of 2022 never showed up. Just bring me my window and I will have a competent installer put your faulty windows in. Still waiting for repairs on my other brand new windows to be done. Entire home was re-sided in September 2021.
However, preceding this, the sales & quality assurance people were very thorough & gracious. The dumpster and all materials for the roofing project were delivered the day before the work was scheduled. Power provided high quality 1/2 inch plywood sheathing. The six person crew stripped off the old roof, resheathed it, and completed a quality shingling job in one day (~8AM - ~6PM) completing the work in the dark. Even in the dark they did a great clean-up job at the end of the project.

Power responded that a window would be installed in June. That was scheduled and the wrong window was brought. On July 6th, a new installation was scheduled and the same wrong window was brought.

He was very thorough and answered my questions, whether it was about the work or the financing. I was a bit stressed, just because it is a big, expensive job, but I felt so good about the decision I made to go with Power. AND the quality of the WORK is just as critical.
An Excellent Job from Start to Finish
They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Sales staff was not pushy and communication was great. We decided to have half our windows replaced. Almost immediately we decided to have the rest of windows and gutters done. They helped with financing and everyone we worked with was friendly.
We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. From the initial meeting to set-up an estimate to the final quality inspection it was such a good experience. Each member of the Power team that I met was not only informative and patient answering all of my questions, they were actually delightful to interact with. Matt was wonderful when he did the estimate.
I will likely have to have another window company replace the glass. One window was missing and one window was broken. The installer told me I had to sign off so that the “fix” could be handled in a few weeks.
On October 1, 2022 the winds from tropical storm INA, pulled the vinyl panel out of the channels that was holding it near the house and it is now flappping madly in the wind. I had 8 picture windows installed in my sunroom and kitchen. I can immediately tell the difference in temperature in the sunroom. I especially like the look of the outside aluminum trim - it looks like wood. The installers did an excellent job with the insulating and caulking of the windows. High Pressure Sales with lots of broken promises.
