My experience having my windows replaced by Power Home Remodeling wasn't a good one. The saleswoman who initially quoted my windows sold me on a window that wasn't something they offered. Once the project manager came to get final measurements, I was informed of this and then given a price increase change order of $283.81 for a window that would work. This may not seem like much, but when you're already spending $14,000+ it's not something you want to hear. My initial install date was mid August, but they cut a window with an arch incorrectly, so day one starts with a warranty claim to get the correct window. The second visit to replace the arch window was done in mid-September, but they cut the exact same arch which was incorrect again.

Danny was a HUGE help taking the blinds down, especially since the person I was going to hire never showed. Then, he put the brackets back up for me so I didn’t have to try to find someone to do it. We had three windows that we decided not to replace - because then they were in ok shape.

The quality of work was excellent and the crews for both projects were very professional. Even though we had some friction Power was quick to address all our concerns. We love the final outcome and will definitely give Power a call next time we have a project. The installation crew were very meticulous and thorough. They never show up and the last time they came and did one service not all the services as promise. Every time you call them than you have to wait two months for some one to come. They had me sitting here in June and July of 2022 never showed up. Just bring me my window and I will have a competent installer put your faulty windows in. Still waiting for repairs on my other brand new windows to be done. Entire home was re-sided in September 2021.

However, preceding this, the sales & quality assurance people were very thorough & gracious. The dumpster and all materials for the roofing project were delivered the day before the work was scheduled. Power provided high quality 1/2 inch plywood sheathing. The six person crew stripped off the old roof, resheathed it, and completed a quality shingling job in one day (~8AM - ~6PM) completing the work in the dark. Even in the dark they did a great clean-up job at the end of the project.

We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. From the initial meeting to set-up an estimate to the final quality inspection it was such a good experience. Each member of the Power team that I met was not only informative and patient answering all of my questions, they were actually delightful to interact with.
